You need Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) or Windows 11, 64-bit, plus an API key from your chosen AI provider or a local Ollama setup. About AI costs.

- Open PowerShell: press the Windows key, type PowerShell and press Enter.
- Copy the check for your file below, paste it into PowerShell (right-click, or Ctrl+V) and press Enter.
- True means the file matches. False means it doesn't: delete it and download it again.

Windows will warn you before it runs. Here's why.
Programs that aren't signed with a paid code-signing certificate make Windows SmartScreen show a blue box that says "Windows protected your PC", with the publisher listed as Unknown publisher. AI Hotkey isn't signed yet. The certificate is a significant yearly cost for a one-person company, and we'd rather tell you that than hide it.

Only do this for files you downloaded from orthicsoftware.com. If you got AI Hotkey from anywhere else, delete it. To be completely sure, check the SHA-256 above.
Already bought it? Download the same file above and enter the license key from your email on the License tab. Tick I agree to the End User Licence Agreement, then click Activate.
Activation keys are time-sensitive. Use your key when you receive it. Once it expires, it can’t be used to activate a new PC or reinstall. If it won’t activate, email us and we’ll issue another key for one of your remaining activation attempts, up to three per license. Do not post your key. Activate every PC you plan to use now, while the key is fresh. Each PC needs its own activation, including a portable copy moved to another PC.
