AI Hotkey uses your own account with your chosen AI provider, for example OpenAI, Anthropic or xAI. Their usage fees are separate and paid to them directly. A ChatGPT or Claude chat subscription is not an API key. Running models locally with Ollama is free.
Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies, based on where you live. You'll see the exact total before you pay.
Download AI Hotkey and use every feature for 14 days. During the trial, each rewrite begins with "[Trial Version]" as a small reminder, which you can delete. Enter your license key at any time to remove it.
Almost any Windows app where you can select text and paste: email, documents, browsers, chat and business apps. It relies on standard copy and paste, so it won't work in apps that block those, such as some terminals, games and remote-desktop windows, or in windows running as administrator.
You need an API key from the AI provider you choose, or a free local setup with Ollama. A ChatGPT or Claude chat subscription is not the same as an API key. Setup links for each provider are in the app.
AI Hotkey doesn't store or log your text. It is sent only to the AI provider you configure, under that provider's own data terms. For xAI, AI Hotkey asks xAI not to store requests.
