Referral terms
The rules for sharing Orthic software with your personal referral code.

1. Eligibility
Orthic Software decides which applications to approve. We may end your participation at any time.
2. Commission
You earn 20% of the purchase price, excluding tax, for new purchases made with your code of:
- AI Hotkey Standard
- Label Bridge
Upgrades, renewals, and orders that are refunded or charged back don't earn commission. Your friends get 10% off with your code.
3. Payment
We pay monthly, for purchases older than 30 days, once your balance reaches $25, via PayPal or Wise. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
You're responsible for your own taxes. We need a W-9 (if you're in the US) or a W-8BEN (if you're outside the US) before your first payment, and we'll ask for it by email.
4. Not allowed
- using your own code
- posting codes on coupon, deal or cashback sites
- paid search ads using any of our product names or "Orthic"
- spam
- misleading claims about our products
- pretending to be Orthic Software
5. Disclosure
You must clearly say you earn a commission when you share your code. In the US this is required by FTC rules.
6. Changes
We may change these terms or the commission rate with 30 days' notice. Commission you've already earned is honoured.
